This text concerns the consent obtained so that commercial electronic messages may be sent to you under Turkish Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce and the Regulation on Commercial Communication and Commercial Electronic Messages.

1. Scope of consent

I consent to Müşavir Teknoloji ve Yazılım A.Ş. (Müşavir) sending me commercial electronic messages for the purposes of promoting products and services, campaigns, discounts, information, greetings, surveys and satisfaction measurement.

2. Communication channels

Messages may be sent by email, text message (SMS) and phone call, using the contact details I have provided. At sign-up you may give permission for all three channels with a single consent; your consent is registered in İYS separately for each channel. You may switch each channel off or back on at any time in the panel under Profile > Communication permissions; messages are sent only through the channels you have permitted.

3. Message Management System (İYS)

As required by law, your consent is registered in the Message Management System (İleti Yönetim Sistemi, İYS). You can manage the messages you receive at iys.org.tr or by using the opt-out option included in every message.

4. Right to opt out

You may refuse to receive commercial electronic messages at any time, without giving any reason and free of charge. You can send your opt-out request using the opt-out method in each message, in the panel under Profile > Communication permissions, through İYS, or by writing to [email protected]. Sending stops within three business days after your opt-out request is received.

5. Voluntary nature

Giving this consent is entirely voluntary; not giving it does not prevent you from using the services. Mandatory notifications about the operation of the service (transactions, security, invoices, changes to the agreement, verification codes, etc.) are not commercial electronic messages and are sent in any case.
