Connect your own accounts, send under your own name

In Müşavir each company connects its own email, SMS, e-signature, payment, accounting export and messaging accounts from the panel. Credentials are stored encrypted and never shown in clear again. Where you have not connected a service, the platform's own service runs, so no flow is left hanging.

Why integrations become a headache

  • Quote emails and SMS go out under a software vendor's name instead of yours.
  • API keys are shared by email and sit in a spreadsheet or a notes app.
  • When a service password changes, the broken flow is noticed only when a customer complains.
  • If you run several companies, they all have to share one sender name and one account.

Per company, encrypted and tested

Each integration is connected per company. Keys are encrypted with AES-256-GCM; the interface shows only identifying details such as the domain or last four digits. After saving you test the connection and see the latest result on the card.

  • Each company's own sender name and account
  • Credentials encrypted with AES-256-GCM
  • A connection test before and after saving
  • Automatic fallback to the platform when not connected

How it works

  1. 1

    Pick the service

Open the card of the service you want on the integrations page under settings.

  2. 2

    Enter the details

Enter the API key, username or domain; it is encrypted the moment it is saved.

  3. 3

    Test it

Try the connection in one click; success or failure shows on the card with a timestamp.

  4. 4

    Flows start using it

Quote, reminder, contract and payment flows now send from your own account.

Services you can connect

Email with Mailgun

Quote, reminder and notification emails go out from your own domain and sender name.

SMS with NETGSM

Instalment and appointment reminders reach Turkish numbers under your own SMS header.

E-signature with İmzala

The contract for an accepted quote is sent for signature through your own İmzala account.

Online payment with PayTR

Customers pay into your own PayTR account, and the payment is recorded in the panel.

Accounting export with Paraşüt

Authorise the export of your records to your accounting account from the panel; session renewals are automatic.

Inbox with WhatsApp and Chatwoot

Your own messaging accounts are connected and conversations land in the panel inbox.

Where the AI helps

AI sends through your channels

Email, SMS and WhatsApp messages drafted by the assistants go out from the accounts you connect, and none is sent without approval.

  • The assistant drafts, a person approves, and the message leaves from your account.
  • Email or WhatsApp steps in automations use the connected service.
  • Every send and every AI action is logged; record changes inside the panel can be undone.
  • Assistants never see your credentials; they only know whether a connection is live.

Frequently asked questions

Who can see my keys?

Nobody. Credentials are stored encrypted with AES-256-GCM and are not shown in clear after saving. Only identifying details such as the domain or last four digits are visible.

What if I do not connect a service?

The platform's own service is used for it; emails and SMS still go out, only the sender details are not your own account.

Who can manage integrations?

By default the company owner and admins. Members can be given integration permission separately on the team page.

I run several companies. Can each have its own accounts?

Yes. Integrations are per company, and each company uses its own sender name and accounts.

What do connected services mean for KVKK?

Services you connect process data on your behalf. Our subprocessor list states which services the platform uses and which are your own connections.
