Services under a sale
A sale can hold several services, each moving at its own status with its own owner.
Sales and services
In Müşavir each sale is a numbered record with one or more services underneath. Each service moves through defined statuses from contract to completion, and every change is logged with who and when. The instalment plan, reminders and payments live inside the same sale.

Every status change is in the sale history
A sale opens from an accepted quote or by hand. Services move through the status flow, and templates create the task needed at each status automatically. Instalments are reminded before they fall due, and payments post to the invoice and the current account.
An accepted quote becomes a sale with its lines and instalment plan, or you create the sale by hand.
Statuses such as contract, signature, form, invoice, payment, appointment and completed are marked in order.
The service template assigns the work for each status to the right person as a task.
Before an instalment falls due the customer gets an email or SMS; the payment posts to the invoice and the current account.

Every status change is written to the sale history with the person, date and note.

The customer gets an email or SMS before the due date, and every send is logged.
Partial and full payments post to the invoice and reach the current account through double-entry records.
Notes and appointments for the sale sit in the same record and show on the customer card too.
Where the AI helps
The operations assistant reads the status history of open sales and surfaces the work that is waiting.
Yes. In the service template you set the status flow and the tasks each status opens. Different service types, such as consulting and appointment tracking, can have different flows.
You issue the invoice from inside the sale; the invoice and its payments show on the sale record. The invoice creates its journal entry automatically.
An email or SMS goes to the customer on the day you choose before the due date. Your company's connected email and SMS accounts are used; if none is connected, the platform's own service steps in.
Yes. Permission for the sales module is given per person with an 'own' or 'all' scope.
The sale moves to cancelled and its history is kept. If an invoice was issued, a return or cancellation is handled separately in accounting.
