Explicit Consent Text
Last updated: 20 October 2026

This document describes the processing that relies only on your explicit consent under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"). How your personal data is processed in general is explained in a separate document, the KVKK Privacy Notice. Please read that first: consent is valid only if you know what you are consenting to. This English text is a translation; if the two differ, the Turkish text prevails.
Data controller: Müşavir Teknoloji ve Yazılım A.Ş., Maslak Mah. AOS 55. Sk. 42 Maslak B Blok Sitesi No: 4 İç Kapı No: 542, Sarıyer / İstanbul, Türkiye, [email protected]
1. What you should know first
- Consent is optional. You do not need to give any consent in this document to sign up, use the application or buy a subscription.
- The only processing based on explicit consent today is the AI chat. Reading this document, or the fact that it is published, does not mean you have consented; consent is given only in the dialog described below.
- Each consent covers one subject only. The consent below covers the AI chat and nothing else. If consent is ever needed for another purpose, it will be asked in a separate section with a separate tick box.
We do not base the following on your explicit consent, because they rest on a different basis:
- Hosting your data on our servers in Germany and sharing it with email and network security providers. These are also transfers abroad, but they rely on the appropriate safeguards under KVKK Article 9/4 (the standard contract published by the Board), and a process is carried out with the recipients to that end. Whether you consent or not does not change these transfers, so tying them to consent would be misleading.
- Promotional messages. These rely only on the Commercial Electronic Message Consent you give in a separate box under Law No. 6563. It is never combined with this document: giving that opt-in does not mean you gave AI consent, and giving this consent does not mean you opted in to messages.
2. Explicit consent for the AI chat
This section takes effect only when both of the following conditions are met, and only for that user and that company account:
- The owner of the company you belong to has switched AI features on and approved them on behalf of the company. AI works per company; without the owner's approval no data is sent to a model.
- You have ticked the box yourself (it is never pre-ticked) and confirmed in the dialog shown the first time you use the chat.
If either is missing, the chat does not work for you and none of your data is sent to the recipient below.
2.1 What you consent to
That what you type in the AI chat is sent through OpenRouter to the model provider Anthropic abroad in order to produce an answer.
Today AI requests go only through OpenRouter. The EVREN platform hosted in Türkiye is not active at present; once switched on, data on that route stays in Türkiye, is not transferred abroad and falls outside this consent. That route is described in the KVKK Privacy Notice.
| Data sent | The message you type into the chat screen, the history of the same conversation (earlier messages) and the AI agent's instruction text. If you type personal data into your message yourself (a name, a phone number, an address), that is sent too |
|---|---|
| Data not sent | The AI chat has no access to your company's records in the panel (customers, invoices, personnel, files); these are not sent. If this scope is ever widened, your consent will be asked again under a new version of this text |
| Recipient | OpenRouter, Inc., 169 Madison Avenue, New York, NY 10016, United States: the AI model routing gateway that forwards the request to the model. Model: Anthropic's Claude models (today Claude Sonnet 5.5, Claude Haiku 4.5 and Claude Haiku 5.5). OpenRouter forwards the request to the model provider Anthropic (USA); the request may be processed on Anthropic's own infrastructure or on the cloud infrastructure serving the model (Amazon Bedrock, Google Vertex AI), whose processing region may also be outside the USA. We have no direct contract with model providers; OpenRouter forwards the request. Requests are sent so that they are routed only to endpoints with data retention disabled (zero data retention) where offered, that refuse data collection and that do not use data for training. If a new provider or another model family is added to this list, your consent will be asked again under a new version of this text |
| Purpose | Only to produce an answer, a draft or a summary for the question you ask. What you type is not used to train AI models |
| Nature of the transfer | A transfer abroad under KVKK Article 9. The Personal Data Protection Board has issued no adequacy decision for the USA. This is not a one-off transfer; it recurs for as long as you use the chat. For this reason the transfer relies on providing the appropriate safeguards under KVKK Article 9/4 (the standard contract published by the Board), and a process is carried out with the recipient to that end; the current status is provided on request. Your explicit consent is the precondition for the chat opening for you and for what you type being sent to this recipient; it does not remove the need for appropriate safeguards |
2.2 Risks you should be aware of
- Your data goes to a country that the Board has not found to provide protection equivalent to Türkiye's. Public authorities of that country may request access to it under their own law.
- Exercising your rights and seeking legal remedies in that country may be harder than in Türkiye.
- We send requests only to endpoints that refuse data collection and do not store the data (zero data retention); even so, the risk to data security in transit and on the provider's side cannot be removed entirely. Limited retention for abuse monitoring is subject to the relevant provider's terms.
- AI can give wrong or incomplete answers. Answers are drafts; AI does not take, on its own, a decision that has legal effects on you.
2.3 Retention
Your conversations are stored on Müşavir's servers in Germany. You can delete them at any time; if you do not, they are deleted automatically 12 months after the last message. The amount of usage (a counter) is recorded separately for your company; it carries no content.
2.4 What this consent does not cover
- Other people's data. This consent covers your own personal data only. If you type personal data of your customer, your employee or anyone else into the chat, the data controller for that data is the company you belong to, and that company must provide the legal basis. We recommend that you do not type other people's personal data into the chat.
- Automated tasks switched on by the company. Conversations and lead records processed in automated tasks such as the nightly lead update do not rely on this consent; for that processing your company is the controller and Müşavir is the processor (Data Processing).
- Special categories of data. Do not type special categories of personal data into the chat, such as health, religion, trade union membership, criminal convictions or biometric data. This consent does not cover them.
2.5 Consent dialog and consent statement
The dialog shown the first time you use the chat summarises this section (the recipient, the data sent, the risks, retention and withdrawal). Next to a box that is not pre-ticked it shows the following statement (the dialog is in Turkish; this is a translation):
I have read the text above; I give my explicit consent to what I type being transferred for this purpose to the provider abroad.
By ticking the box and pressing "Onaylıyorum" (I confirm), you consent only to the subject described in this section, namely what you type in the AI chat being sent to the recipient in 2.1 in order to produce an answer. The "provider abroad" in the statement is OpenRouter, named in 2.1, and through it Anthropic.
3. If you do not consent
The AI chat will not work for you. You continue to use every other Müşavir feature in the same way; refusing consent does not affect your account, your subscription or your permissions.
4. Withdrawing consent
You can withdraw your consent at any time, without giving a reason and free of charge:
- through the "Rızamı geri al" (Withdraw my consent) link on the chat screen, or
- by writing to [email protected].
As soon as you withdraw, the chat is closed for you and no new transfer is made. Withdrawal has effect for the future; it does not make transfers carried out before that date unlawful. You can delete your stored conversations from the chat screen.
5. Record of consent
When you give consent we record: your user account, the company account, the version of the text in the consent dialog, the date and time, the IP address and browser information. When you withdraw consent, the withdrawal date is added to the same record. The record is kept so that, in a possible dispute or audit, we can prove which text you consented to, when, and when you withdrew (KVKK Art. 5/2-e). It is kept for as long as the consent is valid and for at most 10 years after the consent is withdrawn or the account is closed; this period reflects the need for proof against claims that may be raised later. The record does not contain chat content.
If the meaning of the consent text changes, the version of the consent dialog is raised and your consent is asked again before you can continue to use the chat. Consent given to an earlier version does not count for the new one.
6. Your rights
Your rights under KVKK Article 11 and how to apply are explained in sections 9, 10 and 11 of the KVKK Privacy Notice. For applications: [email protected]
