Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Müşavir application and musavir.co, operated by Müşavir Teknoloji ve Yazılım A.Ş.. By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you accept on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind that company.

1. The service

Müşavir is a company-management application covering customer records, quotes, sales, accounting, reconciliation, human resources, tasks, files and related functions. Modules available to your company depend on your plan and on the rights granted by your company’s account owner.

2. Accounts and access

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the account information you provide.
• You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for activity under your account.
• Account owners and administrators control who may access the company workspace and with which rights.
• Accounts are personal; sharing one login between several people is not permitted.

3. Your data

Content you enter remains yours. You grant us the limited right to host, process and transmit it solely to provide the service, to support you and to meet legal obligations. You are responsible for having a lawful basis for the personal data you upload; including informing the individuals concerned; and for the accuracy of your accounting and payroll records.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the service unlawfully or to store unlawful content;
• attempt to access another company’s data or bypass access controls;
• probe, scan or load-test the service without written permission;
• resell or white-label the service without a written agreement;
• upload malware or interfere with the service’s operation.

5. Fees

Paid plans are billed as agreed in your order or written quote. Prices exclude VAT unless stated. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed. We give advance notice before changing the fees for a renewal term.

6. Availability and support

We aim to keep the service available continuously, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance is scheduled outside business hours where possible. Support is provided by e-mail during business days; response targets depend on your plan.

7. Third-party connections

You may connect your own e-mail, SMS, e-signature, payment and accounting accounts. Those services are governed by your agreement with the relevant provider; we are not responsible for their availability, pricing or actions.

8. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend access where there is unpaid invoice, a security risk or a breach of these Terms, after notice where circumstances permit. On termination you may export your data for 30 days, after which it is deleted subject to statutory retention.

9. Liability

The service is provided on an “as is” basis to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit or loss of data beyond our statutory responsibility. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Turkish law.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes are announced in the application or by e-mail at least 15 days before they take effect; continued use after that date means acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Turkish law. The courts and enforcement offices of İstanbul (Çağlayan) have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights.
