Quotes

Send a quote, collect acceptance and signature by link

In Müşavir a quote is built from the products and services in your catalogue in a few minutes. The customer opens their link, reviews it, fills in their details, accepts and e-signs the contract. The accepted quote becomes a sale, and nobody types the details twice.

Where the quoting process stalls

  • Every quote is copied from an old Word file, with prices and VAT worked out by hand.
  • For services priced in foreign currency the rate is looked up each time and totals drift.
  • The customer says yes on the phone; the contract is then prepared and sent for signature separately.
  • Expiring quotes are not followed up, and the customer quietly disappears.

From catalogue to link, from link to signature

You pick lines from the catalogue; currency conversion, VAT and the instalment plan are calculated for you. The customer opens the link, fills in details and accepts. On acceptance a contract is created and sent for e-signature, and the signed quote becomes a sale.

  • Product, service and add-on lines from the catalogue
  • Foreign-currency prices converted to TL, VAT per line
  • A branded PDF and a link that opens without an account
  • A contract on acceptance, e-signed through İmzala

How it works

  1. 1

    Pick the lines

Choose the customer and services from the catalogue; enter headcount, add-ons and discounts. Total, VAT and TL value update instantly.

  2. 2

    Add an instalment plan

Set the down payment and instalment dates; the plan appears on the quote and carries over to the sale.

  3. 3

    Share the link

The quote goes out by email, SMS or WhatsApp. The status updates when the customer views it.

  4. 4

    Acceptance and signature

The customer fills in details, accepts and e-signs the contract. You are notified and the sale opens.

Everything a quote needs

Catalogue and add-ons

Prices live in one place; if you override a price on a quote, a reason is required and recorded.

Currency and exchange rate

USD or EUR lines are converted to TL at the current rate, and the rate used is stored on the quote.

Branded PDF

A PDF quote with your logo and company details; the customer can also download it from the link.

Validity and reminders

Every quote has a validity period; the customer is reminded before it ends and expired quotes are flagged.

Change history

When a price, line or sender changes, who changed what and when is recorded.

Conversion to a sale

The lines and instalment plan of an accepted quote move to the sale record automatically.

Where the AI helps

Draft quotes with the sales assistant

The sales assistant builds a draft quote from your meeting notes and your catalogue.

  • Suggests packages and add-ons that match the need in the meeting note.
  • Works to take prices only from your catalogue; you check the draft before it is sent.
  • Drafts follow-ups for quotes that were viewed but not answered; they go out only after you approve.
  • Answers questions like "What is the total of quotes accepted this month?" from your records.

Frequently asked questions

Does the customer need an account to open the quote?

No. The customer opens the link, reviews the quote, fills in details and accepts. No user account is needed.

How does the e-signature work?

On acceptance a contract is created and sent for signature through the İmzala account your company connected. When signing is complete, the quote's contract status updates.

Which exchange rate is used for foreign-currency services?

The current rate is fetched when the quote is prepared and stored on it, so the amount the customer sees does not change at acceptance.

Is the instalment plan followed up afterwards?

Yes. The plan moves to the sale; email or SMS reminders go out before each due date and payments are recorded against the plan.

What happens when a quote expires?

It is marked as expired and the customer can no longer accept it. Extend the validity and send it again.
