Cancellation, Refunds and Withdrawal

This is an English translation for convenience. The Turkish version is the binding text and prevails in case of any difference.

This page summarises how to cancel a Müşavir subscription, when you get a refund and how consumers use the right of withdrawal. The binding provisions are in the distance sales agreement and the pre-contract information form.

1. Cancelling your subscription

• You can cancel at any time in the panel (Settings > Subscription) or by writing to [email protected].
• Cancellation stops the next renewal. Your access continues until the end of the paid period; no further charges are made to your card after that.
• There is no minimum commitment and no cancellation fee.
• If you are a consumer you may also ask for termination to take effect immediately, using the “End now” option in the panel (Settings > Subscription) or by writing to support; your access then ends and the part of the fee paid for the remaining period is refunded in full within 15 days.
• The period for exporting your data after termination is set out in the Terms.

2. Right of withdrawal (consumers)

• If you bought the service for non-commercial and non-professional purposes, you may withdraw within 14 days of the day the agreement was concluded, without giving reasons and without penalty.
• Regarding the subscription fee, the provider does not rely on the exceptions in MSY Art. 15/1 (ğ) and (h); if you withdraw within 14 days, the full amount you paid for the subscription is refunded. For extra AI usage quota, however, MSY Art. 15/1 (ğ) applies: there is no right of withdrawal for the used part of the extra quota, and the unused part is refunded within 14 days of the purchase date.
• It is enough to give notice before the 14 days end, in the panel (Settings > Subscription) or in writing to [email protected]. You can use the form below or send any message that clearly states your decision to withdraw. We confirm by email that your notice has reached us.
• If you bought the service for your business as a merchant, tradesperson or self-employed professional, you have no statutory right of withdrawal; you can cancel at any time under section 1.

3. Refunds

• Withdrawal: The full amount you paid for the subscription is refunded within 14 days of your notice reaching us, to the card used for payment, in a single transaction and at no cost. The time it takes to appear on your card statement depends on your bank.
• Duplicate or erroneous charge: Refunded once identified.
• Change of terms: If you do not accept a material change to the Terms and terminate within 15 days of the notice, the prepaid fee for the unused period is refunded.
• Extra AI usage quota: MSY Art. 15/1 (ğ) applies: there is no right of withdrawal for the used part of the extra quota, and the unused part is refunded within 14 days of the purchase date.
• Other cases: Apart from the cases above and the consumer right to immediate termination, fees for a period that has already started are not refunded pro rata.

Card payments are taken through iyzico Ödeme Hizmetleri A.Ş., and refunds go back the same way to the same card.

5. Complaints and disputes

For questions and complaints write to [email protected]. Within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade, consumers may apply to the consumer arbitration committee; above those limits, to the consumer court after first applying to a mediator. Your personal data is processed under the Privacy Policy.
