CRM

From lead to customer, in a single record

In Müşavir every customer and lead has one card: where they came from, who owns them, what was discussed, which quote went out and what they owe today. Sales, accounting and operations look at the same record, so nothing is scattered across emails and spreadsheets.

Why leads go missing

  • Requests arrive over WhatsApp, email and phone notes, and nobody knows who is handling them.
  • The first reply comes hours later because nobody knows whose lead it is.
  • Sales keeps one spreadsheet and accounting another, so the same customer exists under two names.
  • You cannot tell which source actually turns into sales.

One customer record for sales and accounting

A lead is recorded the moment it arrives, assigned by rule and the first-response clock starts. When it closes, the same record becomes a customer, and quotes, invoices and payments attach to that card.

  • Individual and company customer records, with source
  • Rule-based lead assignment and first-response tracking
  • Notes, appointments and status history on the same card
  • A customer statement built from invoices and payments

How it works

  1. 1

    The lead is captured

Web form, inbox or manual entry: every request opens as a lead with its source.

  2. 2

It goes to the right person

A rule you define by source, topic or rotation hands the lead to a sales rep.

  3. 3

    It is followed up

Notes, appointments and quotes go on the card; if the first-response target is missed, the manager is notified.

  4. 4

    It becomes a customer

When the quote is accepted the lead converts in one click; history stays and the current account opens.

Everything a customer relationship needs

Source tracking

Every lead keeps its source, and the report shows which sources turn into sales.

Assignment rules

Leads are assigned automatically in rotation, by topic or to a named person.

First-response time

How quickly the owner replies is measured, with an alert when the target is missed.

Status history

Creation, quote, acceptance, appointment and payment events are written to the customer's timeline automatically.

Customer statement

Invoices and payments come from the ledger, so a date-filtered statement is one click away.

Customer files

Contracts, IDs and correspondence live on the customer card, open to everyone with permission.

Where the AI helps

Follow up with the sales assistant

The sales assistant reads the records on the customer card and suggests the next step.

  • Answers "Which leads are waiting for a reply this week?" with a list from your records.
  • Drafts follow-up messages for leads nobody has contacted in a while; they go out only after you approve.
  • Turns meeting notes into a summary and a to-do list.
  • Shows which records each answer was built from.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between a lead and a customer?

A lead is a request that has not yet bought. When a quote is accepted or you convert it manually, it becomes a customer; notes and history carry over and a current account opens.

How do I decide who gets a lead?

Assignment rules can rotate leads across the team or route them to a named person by topic or source. Without a rule, the lead waits in the unassigned list.

Can sales reps see only their own customers?

Yes, if you want. In role-based permissions the CRM scope is set to 'own' or 'all' per person.

Are tax details kept for company customers?

Yes. Company records hold the legal name, tax office and tax number, and the same details are used on invoices and reconciliations.

I run several companies. Will customers get mixed up?

No. Each company keeps its own customers and leads. One user switches between them with the company switcher.
